Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostCraft. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use PostCraft.

01The service

PostCraft is an AI-powered tool that generates social media copy and images for platforms including X, Instagram, and Facebook. We use third-party AI models (Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI) to produce content based on the input you provide.

02Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use PostCraft.

03Plans and payment

• PostCraft offers a Free plan with monthly generation limits and a paid Pro plan with higher limits.
• Each successfully generated image counts as one image generation. Requests for multiple images consume one credit per delivered image.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostCraft to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringing on others' rights.
• Create spam, malware, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission.
• Violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).

05Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable AI provider policies, you may use the content PostCraft generates for you, including for commercial purposes.

06Disclaimers

PostCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purpose. AI models can produce incorrect or unexpected results. You use generated content at your own risk.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostCraft and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

08Service availability

We aim to keep PostCraft available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also enforce rate limits or temporary restrictions to keep the service stable.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
